2003 Ford F-150
Today I did a 2003 Ford F150. I talked on the phone with the owner three days ago regarding the condition of the vechile. According to him it was just a little dirty and has some light tar on the hood and fender flares, it was a lot worse when I saw it for myself. I had to wash this truck twice it was so dirty.
I only got about 80% percent of the swirls and scratches out. I am pretty sure M105 and the use of a rotary would have been used here if this detail was done by a pro. Looks like Ultimate Compound and my G110 would have to suffice.
Process:
1. Wash with NXT Generation Car Wash - X2
2. Clay with Smooth Surface Clay Kit
3. Ultimate Compound on a SoftBuff 2.0 Polishing Pad at speed 5 - X2 on entire truck
4. #205 - Ultra Finishing Polishon a SoftBuff 2.0 Polishing Pad at speed 5. -X2 on hood and tailgate.
5. NXT Generation Tech Wax 2.0
6. Ultimate Quik Wax
7. Trim got #40 - Vinyl & Rubber Cleaner/Conditioner
8. Tires got Hot Shine High Gloss Tire Gel
9. Interior got All Purpose Cleaner and #40 - Vinyl & Rubber Cleaner/Conditioner
Befores:
Working shots ~50/50
After M205:
All Finished:
If I had trouble with this F150 today, how am I going to handle the F-650 I have to do tomorrow
