  • Word Recognition and Definition

If you have ever been on Autopia.org when someone types a word such as M26, it recognizes that, makes it a link, and when you scroll your cursor over it, a little info box appears that says:

"Meguiars No. 26 Hi-Tech Yellow Wax is a premium yellow Carnauba wax blended with silicones, polymers and other waxes. Adds richness and depth of color. Provides ultimate high gloss protection to any previously cleaned and polished paint finish. Available in liquid or paste."

You can then click it and it will link you to M26 on ADS.

Is it possible to get this on MOL so when you mention M80, M105, NXT etc. users will be able to see what it is through the definition and see a place to buy it?

I once put swirls in my paint just to see what it looked like.

    I don't always detail cars, but when I do, I prefer Meguiar's.

That would be handy for sure. No more explanations in every thread...

Although, I'm sure it would go to Meguiars.com for obvious reasons.

Definitely. Unless Meguiar's worked out some contracts or something with vendors to have them be the store linked to for certain items

This is actually something I was speaking to Mike Pennington about last week. Either he, or I will let you know what we come up with.

Yes! I'm glad I'm not the only one.

I can see some good and some bad to it... not sure if a link on every product would be needed, or get annoying, since this forum is all products.

But just being able to type 5-step paint care, etc ,would be handy.

The idea has its merits. It would have to be tweaked to get the most out of it. Great idea.
