Nice job by hand! The paint looks to be in pretty good shape. You have some nice reflections.
Benefits of grey, or silver, is that swirls are hard to see. The downside is that even if the finish is perfect you will not get the "wow" look of black.
Once you get the DA polisher, try a test on two small sections.
You may not need the M105. See if you can tell the difference.
Experiment on small areas until you get a feel for the process and are happy with the results.
Keep in mind that M105 & M205 act very differently. M205 is very easy to use. M105 can be more of a challenge. Look through previous posts and you'll find lots of information and multiple opinions on how to get good results from M105.

- One with M105 (yellow Meguiar's pad) followed by M205 (Black pad)
- The other M205 (black pad or yellow pad) alone
