I have a bottle of the Quick Detailer that came with the smooth surface clay kit. How different is this from the last touch, if I wanted to buy a 32oz or gallon?

Re: Last Touch vs. Quick Detailer
I agree, go with a gallon of Last Touch. It's about $15 for the gallon, which makes 2 gallons of clay lube. Much easier on the wallet than QD. If you want a slick detailer, you can also use LT straight.
Also, M34 (Final Inspection) is the gallon version of QD if you are wanting more of the same product. You cannot dilute it, comes ready to use.NOTE: Post count does not reflect actual detailing knowledge.

Re: Last Touch vs. Quick Detailer
I dilute the LT about 1 part distilled water, 2 parts LT, and it works just like QD. I use it in the QD bottle too (which I really like the sprayer on). Overall I'm pretty happy with the LT, especially for the price, given that I go through so much of it living next to a burned mountain which covers the cars in ash/dust every day.

Due to the way they are marketed, I was under the impression M34 was somehow a step up from QD.
So the "best" spray on / wipe off cleaner and clay lube is LT?

Re: Last Touch vs. Quick Detailer
I think the M34 is a step-up of QD and M34 Final Inspection is Body Shop safe....
here in Indonesia, detailers choose LT over M34 because the price is cheaper.. :]Ganesa,

IMO, go with the regular sprayer. It will produce the mist you're after when QDing. Plus, you can adjust the spray pattern to your liking.Alex C.
