    [QUOTE=Michael Stoops;362327]

    The list above is only a starting point. Ultimately which products you choose will be determined by your skill, the condition of the paint, how hard or "polishable" the paint is, and your personal preferences - especially with regard to your final wax selection.

    Some other things to keep in mind when working with the G110v2/G220v2 (or similar) dual action polisher:

      Can you update this list for OPM Speed?

      Following the logic of the quote on page nine of this thread "The system was fine tuned to use the 5" discs on a DA at 4800 opm and 3800 opm for cutting and finishing. That is specifically speeds 4 and 3, respectively, on the G110v2", it would appear that 1 = 1800 OPM, 2 = 2800 OPM and 5 = 5800 OPM when using Meguiar's new 5 inch polishing pads. Is this assumption correction correct or at least reasonably close for use.

      Thank you Mike and Nicholas for your work supporting the forum. As others have pointed out in this thread, it is Meguiar's Customer Support that sets them apart and develops Brand Loyalty!
