These units, as well as the multi port version, are designed for larger volume shops that use large quantities of product. They usually purchase in bulk (5 gal and even 55 gal sizes) and have various products that all use different dilution ratios. Rather than have to measure out each product, and remember what each product's unique dilution ratio is, these units are set up to properly blend product and water while dispensing them into a smaller container (spray bottle, etc.)
