an ALL NEW Gold Class wax..

    an ALL NEW Gold Class wax..

    the other day I was thinking out of curiosity, how come Meguiars hasn't as yet introduced a brand new version of its great Gold Class wax, it has remained almost untouched since it was originally introduced over 10 yrs ago. the Nxt Tech Wax, on the other hand is already in its second iteration in much less time compared to Gold class..,


    i personally would love to see a brand new Gold class wax, and how they improve it...something to think about.

    Gold Class was improved a year or two ago... though still not with the hydrophobic polymers.

      I'm not positive but I think there maybe was already a product suggestion for this?

      I once put swirls in my paint just to see what it looked like.
      I don't always detail cars, but when I do, I prefer Meguiar's.
      Remove swirls my friends.

        Gold Class has polymers in it! Does it hydrophobic technology ...no. =(

          Wouldn't adding hydrophobic polymers to it essentially make it NXT 2.0 though? They already have that product. It would be cool to see what else they could come up with though.

          One thing I like about Meguiar's, however, is that they could not make any more products for 20 years and as long as there are still clearcoated cars, the products would still be capable of creating amazing finishes.

            fair enough, they did bring out a version a few years ago, however that was marketed as an updated version mainly on protection side not new, but i am talking about a brand new Gold Class wax all together, they could maybe add some innovation from the Nxt Tech Wax 2.0 stablemate, which combined with the richness of Gold Class itself would sure be make an impact.
