Can this tape be "tamed down" a bit by preping a length of it by running it over your paints or jeans so it won't be too adhesive to the paint its being set on?Comment

Theoretically, yes, but why would you need to do so? If you're doing something that requires taping off freshly sprayed paint then this is not the tape for you. This tape should be used on trim and factory cured paint. One of the benefits of this tape, in a detailing environment, over a painters tape is that this won't be dislodged as easily from the trim, etc by contact with the buffer/pads.Originally posted by ai5u View Post
