Are you referring to the Mag and Aluminum wheel polish? If so, it isn't made for clearcoated wheels, but rather uncoated aluminum. Post pictures so we can get a better idea of the damage you are referring to.

Sorry to hear about this issue, but it may be a case of choosing the wrong product for the surface material. What wheel cleaner, exactly, did you use? Was it a Meguiar's product, and if so, which one? Perhaps more importantly, how did you use it? Most wheel cleaners should only be use on one wheel at a time, agitated lightly if need be, and thoroughly rinsed with water before moving on to the next wheel. Pictures would be helpful, if you can get some posted here.

Yeah, was it a polish, or a spray cleaner? Need a little more exact of a name.
