    Hmmm... would you have ever put something on the roof that my have damaged it like a bike? or maybe the previous car owner?

      No, never put anything on the roof and definitely not the previous owner as I have had the car for 6 months now and these chips were not there before, they appeared between my last car wash and current one last week.

        Certainly quick to rust that much. Were they touched up at all before and flaked?
