Can anyone help me get my order? I ordered my car supplies on Nov. 18 and STILL can't get them to send my order. They tell me that my order is in the warehouse....for a month? How can I get my order?
Are you talking about an order from Meguiar's online? If so, did you call them? Get a confirmation/shipping number? I've never had any problems with them. Always quick!
There's no reason to become alarmed, and we hope you'll enjoy the rest of your flight. By the way, is there anyone on board who knows how to fly a plane?
Ronnette, we do apologize for the frustration posed by this. You need to contact meguiarsdirect.com at 1-888-888-3143 for assistance. They are the third party that manages our e-store so only they can explain why your order is still being held. We suspect it may be due to an item being on backorder, but we don't have the ability to check that from our end.
They are on the East Coast and are available Monday through Friday from 8AM to 8PM EST.
