After seeing this post, I kinda feel cheep.
I bought a dirt devil hand vac and some attachments at a truck stop years ago when I was driving. It is still going. I think I spent about $50 back about 13 years ago for it. I still use it on my cars and my friends cars.

In my opinion Rigid is THE BEST because for the price ( 6 Gal goes for about $70 - Lowes ) you get a hell of a Wet/Dry Vac i do Auto Detailing and i'm Mobile so im always taking it everywhere i go and its durable so its getting banged up a lot, i have yet to have an issue. Good luck.
