  • Ultimate Wash and Wax and Ultimate Protectant

All I have to say is WOW!!! These products are amazing. My truck was extremely dirty, and full of salt, from good old Wisconsin winter. I finally got a chance to wash my truck. So I used Ultimate Wash and Wax, which smells so good!! In addition, it works so well, and has great lubricity. This will definitely be my new favorite wash soap. After I washed my truck, I also used some Ultimate Quik Wax, which everyone already knows is an amazing product, as usual from Meguiars . Last both on the interior and exterior I used Ultimate Protectant. The product applies very easily, and of coarse it smells great, as others have mentioned it smells similar to Quik Interior Detailer. It helped clean up the exterior trim, and make it look wet and new. On the inside it cleaned up the little dust I had inside and added a just cleaned smell and look to the dash.

I can't wait to try this stuff, but I must say when I smelled the UWW I was very dissapointed that it didnt have the signature NXT smell

Well, UWW is not in the NXT lineup, so it shouldn't come as a big shock that it doesn't smell like NXT...... but it's still a nice, fruity aroma!!

I gave UW&W a try today and had good results as well. I was worried on how it would turn out since I tested it out on a Large SUV today in 21 degree weather, but all went well and it give it a nice finish.

Does it leave a slight film of wax? Yes, I believe so. This vehicle was waxed washed yesterday with it and it's been outside in the snow for over 24 hours now and I took it for a drive and got it warmed up and the water beaded up to some extent. Might get better results in warmer weather lol

Re: Ultimate Wash and Wax and Ultimate Protectant

I used the ultimate wash and wax last night. I liked it alot. My favorite is gold class. I'd put UWW one step below gold class. I also liked the smell, but I like most citrus smells. Also, When you add the soap after the water, before mixing it, UWW is such a bright yellow it looked like a lava lamp against my blue wash bucket.
There's no reason to become alarmed, and we hope you'll enjoy the rest of your flight. By the way, is there anyone on board who knows how to fly a plane?

I never tried The Ultimate wash ands wax yet. But I might have to get it and try it out. It's at Walmart for 8.98. Thats a great price! I will still use Meguiars other car soap on a regular bases and use the Ulitmate one atleast once a month.

I just washed 2 boats and 4 cars with the UWW. Gives a nice shine and additional beading. Let it dwell a little and used a light spray to remove it.Then took the nozzle off for a little sheeting action prior to drying with a blower. Also tried the Ultimate Protectant on exterior black plastic pieces. Both of these products get a big thumbs up from me!

I think I will be owning still Gold Class and UWW becuase when I do my complete buff, polish, detail, I do not want any traces left on paint to allow proper claying, de-swirling, and polishing. BUT once that process is done, then on the weekly washes UWW fits the bill perfectly!

Well technically "de-swirling" will remove any wax anyway.

But I agree that using UWW before a correction is a waste of the UWW itself. That's why I'm going to use GC for paint details, and UWW for maintenance washing.

Also, to people who've noticed. Yes, I FINALLLLLLLY got some UWW yesterday. After 3 solid months, my local Wal-mart finally supplies it.

I've already used it twice and am loving the results.

Detailers clean places nobody see. Detailer see's things nobody else see. But if you ask a Detailer to see how a dress looks on a woman, they are blind.

Here's proof of how well that Ultimate Protectant works! My trucks interior is 14 years old and I've never seen it look this good!!!
