  • Ever Try a Turtleback Sponge?

Best hand-wax applicator I've found for liquid polishes/waxes/sealers is a large "turtleback" sponge. 3M makes aa good quality, hardware stores carry store-brands about the same quality. Its rectangular, flat on 1 side and round on the other. Very EZ to hold (hump side UP), soft to do contours yet firm enough to evenly distribute pressure on flats, and fairly large (5x9 about). I store it in a zip-lock bag, wash it before and after every use by simply rinsing/squeezing in sink, and ALWAYS use it slightly damp.

    Try it, you'll like it.
