  • Does APC remove UP?

The thing is I don't want to remove the layer of UP I put down. I used some on the wife's truck about two weeks ago and I must say I am impressed. It has rained and snowed here since the application and it still looks fresh with no streaking.

The only thing detracting from the fresh look of the trim is dirt and road gunk that has started to accumulate on it. Normally I would just reach for the APC and wipe it down. If I do will that remove the UP?

APC will likely remove the bulk of it, yes. For a very light duty cleanup why not just give it a quick spritz of Quik Interior Detailer? It's perfectly safe on that surface and even though it has decent cleaning ability, if used lightly for "dusting" it shouldn't do much at all to the UP itself.
