  • Waterless wash vs QDing

I'm confused about the dividing line between waterless wash and QDing. Both use the same process. Even the ingredients, in some cases, are alike.
Could someone enlighten me on this?

Well, not sure exactly which products you are refering to.

A QD/mist and wipe type product will do better for light dirt/dust.

A product like Optimun No Rinse will do better for heavier dirt.

I have not seen much info on the Motorcycle Spray and Rinse, but it sounds a bit different than a regular QD spray.

      As Murr states:
qd product for light dust/ fingerprints.
      onr for " dirtier" applications.
When in doubt. Opt for the safest route. Wash.
      quality creates its own demand

ONR is rinseless wash, not the waterless wash in my meaning. Poorboy's Spray and Wipe is one of the waterless wash products. From the description and usage, it is used the same way as a quick detailer.
