Last Friday evening I used Swirl-X with a white Lake Country pad on my DA. I had only minor swirls on my dark blue car, but I had to work it and work it and work it to get these minor swirls out. It took me two hours to do the engine hood (it's a Mazda MX-5, so that perhaps provides a reference point on the surface area involved), but I must say, I was very, very pleased with the result and obtained a very nearly flawless finish.
The question is, on the rest of the car do I continue to work it a long time or go for a stronger pad or chemical?
