    First off, we apologize for any confusion or frustration posed by this. Unfortunately I am working at the Long Beach Grand Prix today so I'm not really available (thank goodness for Blackberries!!). We do want to want to help you out though so please call me directly on Monday morning and we can talk - my number is in my signature line.

    I will call you Monday Morning. Thanks.. I really wanted to polish it this weekend, so i can have a nice shiny car next week at the Autocross when i hang out with my friends. And actually I did used it long enough to do a test spot on the hood last night, because i was going to spend all sunday (tomorrow) detailing it..

    WOw!! Talk about Customer Service!!!! After I spoke to Michael Stoops, Michael Kennedy (The guy in charge of Special events @ Meguiars) heard about what had happened. And He Sent me an Email apologizing and to let me know he was going to look into how that had happen to make sure it wont happen again, and that he wanted to send a Team member personally to deliver me my new D/A. Today he sent Amy from his Team to come down and personally deliver me a basket with my New G110v2. I was blown away! Unfortunately i was not home at the time. I told him i would be home by noon, But my dentist took a little longer then i had thought. I ended up getting home a little later, but I did not want to keep Amy waiting so she left it with my brother. and I spoke with her over the phone as I was at the dentist. I posted a picture below of what she dropped off. That is some good costumer service. I see Meguiars as family, i have been using there products since i started driving, but until recently when i bought my new car, I decided to get serious about detailing my car and my family's other cars and keep them looking good. I am very happy! You guys were right I was in good hands.

    I want to thank Michael Stoops, Michael Kennedy and Amy @ Meguair's for you great customer service!
