OK, let's clear this up a little, shall we?

Fred, from the images you sent the edges appear perfectly normal. Yes, Brian and I went down to the warehouse and pulled a couple of new towels out and they visually look the same - but the edges are not hard. As mentioned in the emails we swapped, these are the towels that our pro guys use, recommend and generally love. These are the same towels that I used this past weekend to detail two of our cars. The ultimate wipes do an outstanding job of removing the heavier residue from compounds, paint cleaners and polishes due to the nature of the weave of the microfiber fabric. While not as fluffy as some other towels, they are nonetheless a premium microfiber.

David, the picture you posted appears perfectly normal as well, especially for a towel that has been washed.

I suppose my phrasing earned that little bit of sarcasm. But you must have skipped the GG's last night, because following that trend you would have just flat out insulted me!!! But at least you would have done so with a smile!
