I have a 2008 black chevrolet tahoe and it has a swipe on the corner of the front bumper. It is a black painted bumper. Can I use scratchX on that since its plastic? and if not, what should I use?

If it's painted plastic, you can treat it the same way as the rest of your paint. I assume you are working by hand?
