    Wanna see some girls jumping rope?

    THESE GIRLS ARE SOMETHING ELSE - WATCH IT ALL THE WAY THROUGH!!!




    This is at a Navy basketball half-time show .... Note the
    spectators as the show starts
    and how their attitude changes as the show progresses and
    concludes.....Enjoy !!!!!

          They are good but something bothered me about the video. Watch it you will notice that sometimes there is the CBS Sports banner in the background and sometimes there is not. At first I thought it was shot from different sides of the floor but the star at the lower left corner of the N is always in the same place. So to me this video has been photoshopped or something.

          Still the girls are good.

            I see what you mean, Dave. Kinda weird cause the music doesn't skip a beat. Very impressive, especially since a lot of the girls were really young. Long routine, too.

              Thanks for sharing this fantastic video!

              In martial arts 1 exercise routine is to jump rope for 3 minutes-rest for 30 seconds and then continue for another 3 minutes-rest for 30 seconds then another 3 minutes, grueling!

              These great ladies done this and more without missing a beat, WOW!!

              To do something like this, they have heart-stamina-energy and physical ability that is second to none!!

                  Those girls are consummate athletes! Very impressive to not only keep up that routine for 7-8 minutes, but for all of them to be perfectly in sync. Awesome vid. Thanks for sharing it!

                    I'd be willing to bet they performed the same routine for a mens and womens game, hence the banner in some shots and not in others. This appears to be a mashup of a couple videos.
