My 2009 Jetta has leatherette seats. Would M40 be a good products to use on the seats? I am planning to use it on all interior trim, but would like a one size fits all product to use on the seats as well!
I think Ultimate Protectant would be a better choice
No, and No.
His seats are vinyl, not leather. Why use a leather product when there are better choices out there?
Ultimate Protectant is for hard surfaces, not soft and supple surfaces like seats.
M40 is a good choice for your seats. After applying and allowing a 'soak in' time, wipe the seats down with a damp cloth to remove the residual product. This will avoid the transfer of M40 to your clothes.

A common mistake that people make when trying to design something completely foolproof is to underestimate the ingenuity of complete fools.
I use QID on the seats, but really looking for something to provide the best UV/general protection, which I think M40 will do. I've tried UP on them at the advice of Mr. Stoops. Great product, but looking for some other options. Never used M40, but have heard so many great things about it.
