Ultimate Quik Wax thoughts...

Folks...

I was polishing my car with Ultimate Quik Wax yesterday and was thinking what its scent reminded me of...
Then it hit me...CHERRY KOOL-AID.

Maybe I was just REALLY thirsty!

Anyway...GREAT product...even in sunlight since I didn't have access to a garage this time.

Most of the Meguiar's product have scents that take your mind off of the work. lol.

UQW is pretty amazing. Helps a lot in between waxing.

UQW smells alright. I wish M135 smelt the same, given that they are meant to be the same product.

M135 is a spray detailer; in a sense the professional version of UQD.

UQW is meant to be used as a booster wax and provides long lasting (at least for a spray wax) protection.

I like the way it smells, I've used it when drying my car and I've moistened an MF towel to put it on, but I can't get it just right yet. When I'm done it looks great, however the next day when I touch the surface I leave fingerprints and get smear marks.

Obviously I put it on too thick or wipe it off too early, but I just can't get it just right. I'm going to have to wait until I do another wash, clay, clean, polish, wax, wash, wash, spray wax cycle to try and get it just right. UQD I've got that down pat and love that stuff. The UQW...not so much.

UQW has a good smell, so does Turtle Wax ICE, I want to drink that stuff....

Try Motul 7100 motorbike oil for smell.

Wheh I service my bikes always feel tempted to have a sip.

I told my wife once that we should find some perfume that smells like some of the Meguiars products......that didn't go well.

Goes with the Grape Kool-Aid scent of Endurance Tire Gel -- and I think Hyper Dressing has Grape Kool-Aid scent too!
