    You've got a Subaru, he's got a Lexus. Odds are the paint is as different as your two cars are. Heck, between the two Lexus owners in this thread you might find differences in the (supposedly) same paint. Different model years, different models, etc.

      True. Really just finding common ground & making small talk. Saving the serious inquiries for Detailing 101. Now that you mention it, anybody have comments about softness/sensitivity of paints, in general, for Lexus & Subaru?
