    HAS ANYONE HERE USED THIS PRODUCT TO REMOVE 1000 GRIT SANDING SCRATCHES ON MARINE GEL COAT?IF SO WOULD YOU RECOMMEND IT?

    I don't know if it can pull 1000 Grit out. I have never used it but it states that it can pull out sanding marks, however 1000 Grit is pretty heavy. You may want to follow it up with something a bit lighter like 2500 or 3000 and then hit it with M91 to get better results.

    By the way, no need to use all caps, it just looks like you are shouting haha

    I once put swirls in my paint just to see what it looked like.

    I don't always detail cars, but when I do, I prefer Meguiar's.
    Remove swirls my friends.

      With a rotary buffer and a wool pad it should be able to. As Andrew suggests, however, if you can follow up with a finer grit of sandpaper first it can only help speed up the process.

      Out of curiosity, was the 1000 grit sanding done by hand or DA sander? If by hand, what sort of sandpaper and backing pad did you use? Even a slightly compromised sanding technique can leave fairly nasty tracers and other issues behind that can be a challenge to buff our.
