I do, works great! I have more use for it on my rims than on my paint lol

Do you just use it like on paint? Put it on, wait 10-15 min and remove?

              Why is that?

This is like the third thread where you have complained about NXT, perhaps its user error and not the product?

I can't seem to not get it to streak. It's def not too thick or not let long enough to dry, but sill could be user error. So m20 is my go-to

Shake well before and during use.
Thin coats, I mean really thin.
Allow enough time to dry completely.

                  Should solve your streaking problem.

i apply so thin that i can barely see it is on the paint, to the point that you have to look at diff angles to tell if it is there...i shake it for at least a minute or more and i allow a long time to dry. i apply it before i do anything with the interior or the rims. i let it dry for prob an hour or more and do the test swipe which comes back good. its to the point where i wont use NXT on a customers car for the fact that i cant seem to get it to look right in a "short" amount of time (seeing as i do not charge by hour just by job). i use NXT on my truck (white) and it has always turned out looking great, but on my gt (black) ever since i have been polishing it with my DA it has never looked good. before by hand being applied much thicker (to the point you can TELL its on the paint) it came out perfect. it could be a bad bottle or user error....im leaning to user error, but i do not have this problem with any other wax.

i am fully aware it is most likely user error and i am not trying to bash a meguiars product. just stating my problems.

It's probably the Florida weather. I've had issues with it (the sun) and the use of products in the past. For you black car, maby go for one of the black waxing kits I've seen at the auto parts store.

I live in West central Florida. As I stated previously, I follow those guidelines and have not had a problem since.

User error or not, we fully understand that no product is going to be "right" for everyone. That's why we make so many different waxes. M20, M26 and Gold Class Carnauba Plus tend to be very fast drying waxes, but even they will experience longer drying times with a heavy application or in very high humidity.

First of all, hi to everyone, this is my first post!
I'm resurrecting this old thread, because, even though I've been using Meguiars' products on my car's paint for a long while, this is the first time I'm going to do the same to my new rims.
Actually i was looking for a good sealant (wheel specific) when i came across this thread, and since I still got some NXT 2.0 wax left, I was thinking wether it would be OK to use it or not.
In case some of you guys do use it on your wheels... any interesting tips? Number of coats (one or two?) Time to let it dry before wipe off?
                            Thanks in advance.

I have a few Meguiars waxes and whatever I use to wax my car, I would use the same to wax my wheels. I have double-spoke wheels and this is the part of detailing that I hate.

Because of the heat, I think, at least theoretically, synthetic wax would last longer. MB is notorious for brake dusts so, I am doing what I can.
