Motor Oil dried up on Alloy Rims

Need some help guys, what would be the best solution to clean motor oil that has dried up on alloy rims? I have tried several things with no success in trying to remove it. Any recommendations or tips are gladly appreciated.

Assuming you mean clear coated alloy, I would try a paint cleaner...

SwirlX, ScratchX 2.0, UC, #105.... something like that.
