Castrol Super Clean - most similar Meguiar's product?

I've been using this stuff for years on various jobs and ratios.

What would be the most similar Meg's product once I run out?

It smells a lot like wheel brightener (similar color too). Or Super Degreaser?

Either super degreaser or Megs APC+

I used to use the above product, I now prefer megs as my APC.

I inherited some from someone along the way - for me it is similar to APC+

APC+? Really? This stuff turns my hands white if I use it full strength.

Your supposed to use it at either 4:1 or 10:1.

Perhaps I did not answer fully enough - Super Clean for my uses is a little stronger than APC+ at 10:1 but not as strong as APC+ at 4:1.

Your supposed to use it at either 4:1 or 10:1.

I don't follow directions very well.......

Not to mention their bottles don't have nice mixing marks.

Megs D line Super Degreaser would be the most similar IMO

On the paint Id try claying it first. I would even try on old piece of clay on the wheel. I assume you tried soap and water first with a little gentle scrubbing?

Looks like it is road paint. The yellow line that divides lanes, etc. on the pavement. No, the Castrol Super Clean will not touch this. If it has dried on the vehicle's surface for very long, it is nasty stuff to remove. Bug & tar removers after they have had some dwell time MIGHT work, after that I have soaked the affected area with a little bit of #2 diesel fuel with a bug scratcher sponge and gotten it to loosen up. BE CAREFUL to work in a very well ventilated area (outdoors) and to soap & water wash down the area well afterwards if you go this route. Also remember that you will have stripped away all your LSP from these areas and will need to reapply that as well. You may need to go after this more than one session to get it gone. GOOD LUCK!
