  • Conflicting Info?

My Meguiar's order arrived a few days ago and after reading the directions
I am just as confused as I was before I read.

I have two bottles of DeepCrystal Polish (shipped together).
The directions on one bottle tell you to 'let dry' and the bottle tells you
not to let it dry. Which is best, gives the best result?
If it matters, I am doing everything by hand.

The bottle that tells me to 'let dry' also says on the front label 'NEW LOOK same great product'. The other bottle has a different front label.

    Thanks in advance!
    UT.

    Re: Conflicting Info?

You must have recieved 1 of the bottles which were mislabeled. Do not let it dry. Work it in, wipe it off.

    Good choice to check here.

Shawn T is correct in that it's likely a mislabel issue. When working with the Deep Crystal System Polish (A-2116) you want to apply a very thin and even coat to a small section (usually about a one square foot area), and wipe it off before it fully dries. Then work section by section. Sorry for the confusion/misinformation.

If you get the chance maybe you can look for a batch # and forward it to me in a PM, or give me a call, that way I can pass it along. The batch # is usually below the label physically stamped into the plastic on the back of the bottle. It will start with a letter and have a series of numbers and letters behind.

        Sent PM.

Thanks for the correct instruction. Maybe this weekend will be rain free
so I can get the swirlx, DCP and NXT done.
