      Wow, what a difference. That is a really awsome job. That paint job looks like old acrylic laq. I did a old 1963 Seagrave ladder truck that looked like that. I wish I would have taken before and after photos back then. It was so bad that I had to use #M04 first followed by #M02 and #M03, which back in 1990 was the s#%t.
