  • Bass boat - Polish M45 needed when using M67?

I'm trying to get the wettest, glossiest, shine possible on my new/used 2007 bass boat. I called in to the tech support here and he told me to wash it good and use the M67 on it then use the Flagship Wax. I'm curious if adding the M45 as a step after the M67 would yield even more gloss and shine before waxing or is the one step M67 polish good enough?

    Thanks!

M67 will correct the defects and bring back the clarity and gloss and of course Flagship will protect it nicely. But if you really want to obtain the best possible gloss, and you're willing to put in the extra bit of time required (and the two really do go hand in hand!) then M45 is definitely the way to go, especially for darker colors.

Awesome thanks! I'll definitely pick up M45 and apply it before the wax! One more question... Is there a benefit applying 2 coats of the flagship wax?

We usually recommend two thin coats of any wax, just to ensure uniform coverage and appearance. Beyond that you're just using up product and time.
