Here in the States you start driver's education at 15 and can get your license at 16. There are some restrictions on new drivers these days, but back when I got my license at 16 there really weren't any restrictions at all - unless your parents set them!

to MOL. I'm glad to see a really young guy in here! It's great that you are just learning to drive and want to learn how to properly maintain your car at the same time. There is quite a large population on here that lies between the ages of 15-25 so you are in good company
