meguiar's great customer care

meguiars customer care came through once again. i bought a meguiars hot shine tire gel with applicator kit only to get home and open it and its missing the applicator. so i go back to the store to exchange it and nope, it was the last one. so i call to see if i could buy one and tell them what happened and he sent me one for free, not just the pad either, the whole kit!!. thank you to guy who helped me and thank you meguiars for the best customer service i think we should start a sticky with everyone's great customer service stories/thank you's
