    First Time New Car Owner

    Hi, my name is Hao (how) Nguyen, and this is the first time I've ever owned a brand new vehicle (2011 Toyota Sienna). I've had a 2000 Toyota Camry as a commuter car, and never really took care of the body or paint, and it shows (lots of scratches and blemishes). Now that we have a bigger family and a new van, I really want to take good care of it.

    I've read some of the threads on this forum and trying to soak in as much knowledge as possible. Thanks for running such a great site, and for all the nice members who contribute their time and wisom to the rest of us.
