I just did my 66 SS Chevelle painted and buffed . 1000 grit ,1500 then 2000 then started with diamond buff on the red cutting pad then on to #83 . I then went to #82 with the polish pad all done on a rotary buffer, then switched to a dual action with #7 and 2 coats of NXT wax what do ya think ?

      Great restoration.

I know how much work it is to do the entire car. Plus you're gonna do the interior make over as well.

Did you use a sander or color-sanded by hand?

Nicely done, inside and out!! Just beautiful all around, and it must be very rewarding doing all yourself, too.

Plus, this brings new meaning to the term "money-shot"!

never thought of it that way . Never thought it was going to be this way but you get into it and you say I might as well redo the dash its a little faded ... then its 3k later and you have a complete interior kit on the doorstep. I had to strip the old seats add new foam and re-skin them. Now its time for chrome
