We don't see a lot of the Farecla products over here, but the G3 is a very aggressive compound designed more for rotary use, but even then it's quite common for an aggressive compound to finish out less than perfect. Meguiar's also makes aggressive compounds like M84 and M85 that work much better via rotary application, and both ours and theirs (among others) can inflict a lot of defects into the paint if used by hand. But we also make M105, which is more aggressive than either M84 or M85, but it can work very well by hand. Other companies have compounds that will work well via hand application too.

What we're getting at here is that the G3 compound you used isn't a bad product by any means, but how you used it may not have been completely correct (how you finished off if rotary applied) or just plain wrong (hand application, for example). You didn't say how you used it, so we can't tell you exactly what you might need to change with it.

Having said all that, you'll find that Ultimate Compound, while not as aggressive overall as G3 (or M105) does work very well either by hand or with a DA buffer. While not specifically recommended for rotary use, we've seen plenty of people using it successfully that way. So, unless you have extremely delicate paint, UC should clean up the haze created by the G3.

Can you give us a bit more info on how you applied the G3, how you plan on applying the UC, and what kind of car you have (make, model, year, etc)?

Hi I applied the G3 compound my hand and I plan to apply the UC by hand to as I normally get excellent results by hand. My car is a ford C-Max zetec and its 1 year old and black. the color is panther black.

      Thank you
