No detail is complete without cleaning the wheels and dressing the tires. Here's Mike Pennington cleaning the light accumulated brake dust from these Mini Cooper wheels before dressing the tires with Endurance.

Notice the red Mini Cooper and the roll-around cart in the reflection just across from the NXT logo on Mike's shirt after polishing with #83 and applying Tech Wax.

This is how you prevent hurting your back...

Sitting on the ground may not be stylish, but it helps reduce fatique to your arms, back and shoulders, as well as enabling you to see better, the panel your working on.

That's all for now, I have to get on home!

I have many more photo's to post of all the Mini Coopers we buffed out today. Look for Part 2, on Monday.

                        Here's one more...

This red Mini Cooper was done entirely by hand... nice work!

                          Mike,
Looked like a great event. When are you planning a Ford Truck day in Utah? I'm sure I can line up 20 trucks.

To both Mike's and the rest of the Meguiars folks, thank you so much for another great day of detailing experience. The NXT wax is awesome!

Y'know what's cool about Minis? They're small! You can wash & wax a properly prepared Mini in an hour and a half. The only thing that would make a Mini better (in that respect) would be if it didn't have a top....

                              Great cars, folks, beautiful shines!

As the light changed from red to green to yellow and back to red again, I sat there thinking about life. Was it nothing more than a bunch of honking and yelling? Sometimes it seemed that way.

Mike P #1 & Mike P #2, and everyone else that helped out today, I just want to say THANK YOU. I didn't detail my car since I wanted to give others a chance to have their cars detailed first. Today was so much fun. I learned an incredible amount. What was so great was even though I had attended the last Meguiars event where Mike Phillips did the presentation, I still had a lot to learn from Mike Penningtons presentation! Was still very informative, and poor Mike probably wasn't used to us clowns giving him such a hard time. So MIke Pen... are those molecular chains cross linked or long chained? LOL

So thanks again, and I look forward to participating in future events.
