I'm thinking of washing my car to day I did a full detail 2 weeks ago and used quick detail twice so the cars just dusty but it's too much dust for uqd thing I'm wondrening is my last two wash I've done panel then rinse then move on but it takes a while I use the 2 bucket method today it's evening not much sun but it's a little hot is it ok for me to just soap the whole car then rinse to save time or will it leave water spots my last wash took me a hour doing panel by panel

Just make sure the soap and water don't dry and you "should" be alright.

Even if the soap dries, the Meguiars soaps tend to wash clean pretty well.

Esp the UW&W, a little drying wont hurt, may even help the wax.

While a panel at a time is ideal, if the car isn't very dirty and it has a recent coat of wax on it, and assuming the surface is cool to the touch and you're in full shade, you should be able to wash the roof, hood and trunk in one go, rinse, and then do one side at a time.
