  • Paint Stain on Black Car

    I have a 2010 Black Audi Q5.
After having some rain, I didn't get a chance to wash my car for like about 2 months until today.

The following products were used in the process:
GOLD CLASS CAR WASH SHAMPOO AND CONDITIONER
    SMOOTH SURFACE CLAY KIT
    GOLD CLASS LIQUID WAX

and then I noticed that on the hood there are some stain that did not go away. Please see attached pctures.
Did I do something wrong in the process or did I miss something in the process.
    Please help!

Not sure why your pictures didn't post, but the problem could be some etching from the rain water that was allowed to self dry on the paint. Anything that's in the paint rather than bonded to the surface will not be eliminated by the clay bar, and wax won't remove below surface defects either. Odds are you'll need a paint cleaner of some sort, like SwirlX or Ultimate Compound. Any chance you can try again with the images?
