    Okay, here's the deal:

I'm a neatfreak and most times when I wash my car after a snowstorm things like salt (leftover residue) and even dirt (in constructin sites) accumulate along the bottom of my car. Do you think mudgards will take care of this problem?

A well designed mud guard will block debris from spinning off the tires and onto your lower panels as well as cars behind you. If you don't mind the aesthetics then they are a component you can add, or have added to your car. Of course then you will have to clean and dress the mud guard.
