Re: Car Crazy International Vehicles Showcase at 2011 SEMA
Thanks for the pictures. It will be nice to see what people around the world are doing to hot rod their cars.

Here's the latest arrival, air freighted in from Brazil. This is a 1971 Furia race car, powered by Alfa Romeo. Only 5 of these prototypes were built in Brazil and this is one of 2 that have been restored.

I own a silver vehicle and a black vehicle owns me. The black one demands attention, washing, detailing, waxing and an occasional dinner out at a nice restaurant. The silver one demands nothing and it looks just fine. I think the black vehicle is taking advantage of me, and the silver car is more my style. We can go out for a drive without her makeup and she looks fine. If I want to take the black one out, it is three or four hours in the "bathroom" to get ready.

Two more cars arrived today - one delivered directly to the Marconi Museum and the other to our offices where it's undergoing a bit of airbrush touch up due to some minor damage in transport.
From Sweden, a stunning Dodge Charger:
From China, the Spiderman car:
Notice how the colors go much darker on this side, to reflect the whole dark side of Spiderman as depicted in Spiderman 3

The last of the International Showcase Cars has arrived. Fresh off the boat from Australia comes this gorgeous custom '78 Ford Falcon.
Peek-a-boo!
A bit of a tight squeeze both side to side and underneath.
Two tone silver - matte on the hood and along the shoulder line, and gloss everywhere else.
Look at all that aluminum fabrication on the interior!
Oh my!
Prettiest fuel cell ever!
While the owners of the Falcon were getting it sorted following several weeks of shipping, we set to work finishing off the Dodge Charger from Sweden. It was loaded with holograms and still had some sanding marks, but we got it all cleaned up.
This is the reflection on the trunk lid.
Now that's what we like to see!
Finished off with Ultimate Wax paste for the ultimate shine.
