    As part of Meguiar's premium Gold Class line, this new detailer is formulated to work especially well on dark colors, excelling with black cars and is perfect for removing dust and fingerprints. Gold Class Premium Quik Detailer leaves an ultra-slick, ultra-dark appearance and is safe to use on all paint finishes.

    While this quik detailer does not contain hydrophobic polymers, it is our "darkest" mist and wipe product, making it perfect for darker colored vehicles.

      LOL! While it may seem that way at first, we've had a lot of people asking for a QD in the Gold Class family. From a retail standpoint, when you think about it, this kind of gives us a Good, Better, Best mix. But even that doesn't tell the whole story - QD in the red bottle is still the best for clay lube and it's the least expensive of the three. UQD has the hydrophobic polymers and therefore the crazy water beading properties, but this new Gold Class has the most dramatic darkening effect. If you're going to a show with a dark colored car and want to get the dust off the finish and really deepen the shine, Gold Class Quik Detailer may well be your best choice.

          Very nice to see the Gold Class lineup getting an addition! I would have assumed the line would be maintained but no new products as seems to be the case with NXT. I will have to give this one a try once it is available.

            Is this similar or the same as the Gold Class QD which has been offered in Gold Class kits before?

              Not exactly; you could consider it a further development of the product with specific performance characteristics in mind. The product in the kits was really designed to meet a request for a branded kit.

                    So all the new Gold Class products will be better suited to acheiving the deepest darkest shine for my Black BMW's?

                        Sweet!!! Thanks Mike!!! I cant wait to darken the black of my car. It will be an endless black hole with the help of Meguiars!!! Now if I can just get home from this sandbox.....

                          Looks like this will be a great product to add to the arsenal for dark cars. I have a whole gallon of last touch sitting around though Looks like I've got a healthy supply of clay lube!

                            This should feel quite a bit like Last Touch but it definitely offers more gloss than LT.
