MF pads falling apart

i bought the MF DA kit about 6 months ago have not had many chances to use it this would have been the third car i used it on. well as i am using the cutting pad i see foam flinging on the car so i stopped and checked the pad and sure enough the foam is falling apart. well i check my other cutting pad and both finishing pad and all 4 are doing the same thing.

Our Customer Care Center is open from 7AM to 3PM Saturdays so, yes, they'll be answering the phones. Brian won't be here, but any of the other guys can assist you with this.

would like to thank Mr. Hann and Mr. Stoops for letting me know what to do about my pad issue and Rick for taking my call and placeing my order to ship me new pads and Mr. Sanchez for sending the package out. as you can tell I recieved my replacement pads today. thank you all for the great customer service
