  • Re-painting after using Diamond Cut 2.0

I am doing some detail airbrush work. I used Diamond cut 2.0 and have decided to make some changes. Is there any residues left in the paint that I should be concerned about before re-painting over an area?

    Thanks for any information!

Well, yes and no. It is a body shop safe, paintable product but it's always a good idea to use prop paint prep procedures to ensure any foreign substance is off the surface before shooting fresh paint. The good news here is that anything that might be left behind by this product is extremely easy to remove and any little hint of residue you may have missed shouldn't interfere with the painting. But we would never recommend that you polish an area, wipe with towel and then just start shooting paint.
