I've only used it twice and when I tried to use it now I see the pad is wobbling too much. Check it and find the screw into the backing plate is loose. Can't even tighten it, the threads on the backing plate are stripped. Has anyone else had this problem? Can this be fixed so I don't have to wait until next week to order a new one?

Haha that happened to mine as well. The company sent me a new one no charge. Tighten the connector screw with a socket wrench when screwing it into the backing plate. It has worked for me.Always searching for the best.... Keep it country!
