I used this for the first time today, and it was impressive. I prefer to use aerosol glass cleaners for some reason but this product works well. And yes, it does smell good.

Thanks for the review, Phantom! There is a noticeable improvement in...... clarity (sorry, we couldn't resist!)..... after using Perfect Clarity.

Perfect Clarity is available in aerosol form as well, just so you know.

I used NXT for the past couple of years and like it, is PCGC visibly better than NXT ?

Perfect Clarity is available in aerosol form as well, just so you know.

All I found in the area was the spray version. And that was hard to find.

Tried the foam around the house, and it worked good. But still prefer spray for the car.

Well, IMHO,NXT is really a great product, but i love this product better, it seem for me that this product clean faster and leave the surface smooth...

How does it compare to the detailer line of glass concentrate?

I bought a bottle last Thursday. Even though I had an opportunity to try it before the purchase, I failed to do so because everyone was saying such nice things about it and I've never had an actual bad experience with a Meguiar's product before. Anyway, I tried it out Sunday and I have to say I am disappointed.

The product itself is great-- it cleans as well or better than anything I have ever used. For many household products I generally prefer the fragrance free stuff, but many Meguiars products have been fine. The scent of the Perfect Clarity was borderline not OK, I guess I can best describe it as too "artificial chemical" if that makes any sense, almost as if it was meant to mask an unpleasant smell rather than add a distinctive, pleasant scent to an otherwise neutral fragrance product.

I suppose if I used it sparingly in a well ventilated area, I could tolerate the scent. But the spray bottle is not acceptable. When I switched the nozzle from "Off" to "On" the product streamed out as something between "Stream" and "Spray'. This was unexpected, so I checked to see if maybe I had it on a "Stream" setting and checked for a "Spray" sending. But, no, the only settings are "Off" and "On."

The product does come out a just a bit closer to a spray than a narrow stream, but I prefer much more of a mist. It actually comes out strong enough to bounce off the glass a little, which is not ok when cleaning the interior glass. And if I lightly pull the trigger, it just kind of spurts out not very uniformly, with some dribbling near the nozzle. I plan to transfer it to an after market spray bottle, but I'm just saying I am disappointed that it comes in such a lousy bottle.

If it is just the bottle that has a problem, then IMO it's still ok. I don't buy glass cleaner for the bottle, I buy it for the cleaning ability.

+1 to the above.
To solve the splashing issue then spraying the product, spray it onto the cloth you are using. To address the issue with the bottle squirting a little bit of product out, either leave the bottle in the spray position (I realize this may be impossible if you have children/animals), or try having the trigger somewhat depressed when you are finished. For example, push the trigger 1/4th of the way, then switch the nozzle to Off and release. This should pull in a bit of air, as opposed to spraying product out.
