  • Need Advice Purchasing Higher Quality Microfiber Cloths

OK tired of my old microfiber cloths I received with the Meguiars products but then again I have been using them for 6yrs. Will retire these to be used for interior and window cleaning.

Can anyone make any recommendations for fancy Microfiber cloths????

I have plenty of Meguiars Supreme Shine Microfiber cloths.

What about major brands like Griots Garrage, Adams POlishes. Im almost certain Autogeek has some cool towels. Just don't like paying shipping.

Cobra MF towels are thick and work very well. They are more expensive than other MF but as with most things you get what you pay for.

In New Zealand we have microfibre twin packs of red and yellow from Meguiars, as part of a 3 step waterless wash system... First step is the dust 'brush', second step is a spray detailer, and third step the twin microfibres... red for the initial wiping, yellow for the follow up...

We also have a blue polishing microfibre cloth... none of these products I've seen advertised on the main U.S website...

The MF from Costco are not as nice as those from Target.

Hmm.. I have some real nice Costco ones.. though I have heard the colors are different now. Maybe the quality also.

Of course MF towels are good for removing wax... what else would one use?

I use Cobra. I bought the Cobra Microfiber Combo kit from autogeek.net it sells for 49.99 for a pack of 10. It has 4 that are nice and thick and plush 2 with rolled edges and 4 that i use for whatever. I also bought a cheaper 3 pack from Mills Fleet Farm (not sure if you have one in your area or if it's just a mid-western thing) that i use for the grunt work like wiping off metal polish and stuff. Hope that helps! Good Luck!

I like Adams for towels, but they are expensive and I don't use them for windows, wheels, dirty interiors........etc.
