Meguiar's Quik Tips Video Series - Ultimate Wash & Wax Anywhere

We know that washing your car is the most basic form of car care and it's also a vital step in keeping the paint looking its best over time. But many of us are challenged when it comes to this fundamental requirement. For example, what if you live in an apartment or condominium and you do not have access to a hose or water nearby? What if you have water restrictions in your neighborhood, or you simply want to conserve water? What if you don't have the time or money to take your car to the carwash, or what if your car is just too dirty to use a Quik Detailer?
If you fall into one of these situations, we have a great solution….Meguiar's Ultimate Wash & Wax Anywhere.
This new formula allows anyone to safely wash and wax a moderately dirty vehicle without any water. More than a detailer, the advanced polymer chemistry loosens grime and lubricates the surface, allowing you to simply spray on & wipe dirt away. Meguiar's Ultimate Wash & Wax Anywhere also includes Meguiar's hydrophobic polymer technology that leaves behind wax protection, all WITHOUT scratching.
Since there is no water, no bucket, and no hose needed, you can use it anywhere, even in full sun! Meguiar's Ultimate Wash & Wax Anywhere is also great on glass, wheels, chrome, and even plastic trim!
For light to moderately dirty cars, start by folding at least 2 clean, dry Meguiar's microfiber towels into quarters. As with conventional washing, start from the top and mist Meguiar's Ultimate Wash & Wax Anywhere liberally onto the surface. Using a light touch, wipe and lift the dirt and grime from the surface with your clean microfiber towel.
Using a separate clean, dry microfiber towel, gently wipe dry any remaining moisture for a "just washed" look! This final wipe also serves to buff the surface, helping spread the polymer protection, leaving the surface with a glossy, just waxed finish.
It is not necessary or desirable to let this product dry – it should be removed while wet. If the product does dry, perhaps because you're working on a hot surface or in the sun, simply re-wet the area again by misting a little more product on the surface, then wipe and dry.
Repeat this process by liberally misting the next section.
Continue to return to the 1st damp microfiber towel for the intial wipe and the 2nd dry microfiber towel for the final wipe. As you use the product, your towels will become more and more saturated. At this point, it is time to refold your towel to expose a clean surface.
Work your way around the vehicle including the paint, glass and plastic trim until all surfaces are clean and look their best!
Keep in mind, in extremely dirty cases, additional microfiber towels may be necessary.
Finish by cleaning your wheels following the same spray on, wipe off process.
There you have it: a clean, freshly washed and waxed car without the need for a hose, bucket or water!
