I have a Meguiar's DA Power System with polishing and wax pad for sale. I only used them once. It will include DA system, one polishing pad (yellow) and one finishing pad (black).

Yes it does. As I mentioned before, it is just used once for polishing and waxing.
The package will include the DA Power system, instruction manual, yellow polishing pad and black finishing pad.
