Fresh Paint, recommended wash until paint finishes outgassing

Hi everyone, my truck was painted last week (2/1/2013). We've had some snow, and there is salt on the roads. What is the safe-est procut for washing the new paint?

Just wash it regularly.
Myself I would use a spray on wash with wax
I would put on a spray wax.
then detail it in a few weeks.
as long as you have protection on it the environment won't damage it too much. and any damage you get you can fux later
